Through its collaboration with Open Government Partnership (OGP), which brings together 74 countries and 150 local governments, the YDC <strong>amplifies youth voices in the development of National Action Plans<\/strong>, making sure young people&rsquo;s priorities inform decision-making and governance reforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex joint objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Raise awareness about the core principles of open governance among a young audience and <strong>build the next generation of decision-makers.<\/strong><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strengthen youth engagement in OGP processes<\/strong>, including in the co-creation of national and local action plans.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advance the design and implementation of<strong> ambitious youth-related policy reforms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark From Consultation to Commitment: Youth Leading Liberia&rsquo;s OGP Journey<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In Liberia, the YDC and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/FLYSECRETARIAT\/\"><strong>Federation of Liberian Youth<\/strong><\/a><strong> (FLY)<\/strong> have pioneered <strong>youth-driven participation in the co-creation of the 5th National Action Plan<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organizing the first national youth consultation on open government, directly informing Liberia&rsquo;s NAP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engaging youth from diverse backgrounds, including persons with disabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting sustained youth inclusion through ongoing advocacy, capacity-building, and
